Former Hatter alumna Amy Krazeise is in her third season as a volunteer assistant coach for the Stetson University Softball team.  She assists with the hitters and outfielders.

Prior to returning to her alma mater in the fall of 2012, Krazeise was the Head Softball Coach at Webber International University where she was responsible for all aspects of the softball program.  In 2012 she led the Warriors to the Sun Conference Regular Season Championship, Sun Conference Tournament Championship and an NAIA National Tournament Appearance.  Webber finished the 2012 season with an overall record of 38-22 and a 15-3 record in the Sun Conference.

In 2010-11, Krazeise served as an assistant coach at Georgia Southern University where she worked specifically with the outfielders and slap hitters.

Krazeise was Stetson's starting centerfielder for all four years of her collegiate career (2007-10).  In 2007 she helped the Hatters capture the conference title, catching the final out of the Atlantic Sun Tournament championship game that sent Stetson on to its first NCAA Tournament appearance.  She was twice named Second Team All-Atlantic Sun (2009, 2010) and was selected to the Atlantic Sun All-Tournament team her junior year.  Krazeise was one of four players to record over 200 hits in her career, she stole 96 bases (third all-time), and currently holds the Stetson career record for runs scored (141).

Krazeise was born in Lake Mary, Florida and graduated from Seminole High School in 2006. She earned first team all-conference honors in softball and weightlifting, Offensive Player of the Year, and All-Central Florida second team.

Krazeise and her husband David are the parents of twin daughters Amelia and Abigail.
