The Stetson University women's soccer program will host a Prospect Identification Camp on June 7-8 for current high school aged players (13-19) looking to become Stetson Hatters or to continue their development as a player.

“This Prospect ID Clinic will be geared primarily for 2016 and 2017 high school graduates," head coach Manoj Khettry said. "We should more than likely have a very strong handle on our 2015 recruiting class and want to make sure that we are identifying and having the best possible 2016 and 2017 recruits exposed to Stetson University and our soccer program.”

The Prospect ID Camp will expose campers to the standards and style of coaching and expectations at Stetson University.

Location: Stetson University Athletic Training Center

Cost:      $225 for Residents (Includes housing and dinner, breakfast and lunch), t-shirt and written evaluation

$200 for commuters (includes all meals), t-shirt and written evaluation

Only on-line registrations will be accepted; no refunds unless cancellation occurs 2 weeks prior to the beginning of camp (and must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note)

Only 60 field players and 8 goalkeepers will be accepted

6-9 pm Training # 2 and Small sided games
9:30 pm Lecture: The College Recruitment Process
10:30 pm Back to dorms

9-11:30 am Training # 3 or 11 v 11 games
Noon Lunch in dining hall
1-2:30 pm 11 v 11 games
3 pm Camp closing remarks






Players will be evaluated by the Stetson coaching staff, including head coach Manoj Khettry and assistant coach Stephanie Demake. The Prospect Identification Camp will center on becoming technically cleaner, playing and keeping possession in tight spaces, small-sided games, as well as a Power-Point presentation geared to educate players (and family members) about what it takes to be a college soccer player.

This camp is intended for players with a high level of interest in playing at the NCAA Division 1 level and Stetson University.

Note: Stetson University camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

For this prospect ID, there will be only 60 field players and 8 goalkeepers accepted.
