Bethune-Cookman (3-5) will also participate in this year's classic and will play UNC Asheville at 3 p.m. Tuesday and Georgia Southern at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
The Hatters are looking to extend their eight-game home winning streak (4-0 this season). Overall Stetson has won 20 of their last 21 and 23 of their last 25 games at the Edmunds Center.
