The Stetson University women's soccer program will host a Prospect Identification Camp on Sunday, April 13 for current high school aged players (13-19) looking to become Stetson Hatters or to continue their development as a player.

“This April 13 Prospect ID Clinic and the following one in June (7/8) will be geared primarily for 2016 and 2017 high school graduates," Khettry said. "We should more than likely have a very strong handle on our 2015 recruiting class and want to make sure that we are identifying and having the best possible 2016 and 2017 recruits exposed to Stetson University and our soccer program.”

The Prospect ID Camp will expose campers to the standards and style of coaching and expectations at Stetson University.

Location: Stetson University Athletic Training Center

Cost: $125.00 (Includes t-shirt, lunch, and a written evaluation to be mailed following camp)

9:00 a.m. - Registration and check-in at the soccer field
9:30–9:45 a.m. - Introduction of Staff/Goals for the Day
9:45-12:00 p.m. - Technical Session/Patterns/Possession Games

Players will be evaluated by the Stetson coaching staff, including head coach Manoj Khettry and assistant coach Stephanie Demake. The Prospect Identification Camp will center on becoming technically cleaner, playing and keeping possession in tight spaces, small-sided games, as well as a Power-Point presentation geared to educate players (and family members) about what it takes to be a college soccer player.

This camp is intended for players with a high level of interest in playing at the NCAA Division 1 level and Stetson University.

Note: Stetson University camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).

For this prospect ID, there will be only 60 field players and 8 goalkeepers accepted.
