Who operates the Hatter Club?|
The Hatter Club operates under the direction of the Board of Directors, Director of Athletics, the President of the University, and the Board of Trustees. The policies and boundaries of the Hatter Club's endeavors are bound by the rules of the NCAA, Stetson University, and any affiliated conferences.
May I designate my gift?
Yes, you may designate your gift to any of the fifteen sports or any combination of sports. Your membership level will be determined by the combined total of your athletic gifts. A popular way of giving is through unrestricted cash contributions which grants the Athletic Department the discretion to use the money where it is needed the most.
May I contribute in installments?
Yes, you may choose from a variety of payment plans. Payments can be made by check, VISA, or MasterCard. Pledges can be made semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly. You may make your pledge payments over a three to five year period.
May I contribute gifts other than cash?
Yes, special gifts such as matching gifts from your employer are accepted and the University can provide help. In addition you may give stocks, securities, or real estate. You may also perpetuate your support of Hatter Athletics by making a bequest to Stetson University in your will.
What is priority seating?
Priority seating is available only at the Edmunds Center and Melching Field at Conrad Park games. Tickets may be purchased at certain times corresponding to your membership level. Highest levels select seats first.
May I keep the same seat I had last season?
Yes, if your membership is at the appropriate level. You may be able to improve your seating by increasing your membership level.
Does my gift include tickets?
No, but certain levels receive priority in buying tickets in preferred locations of the Edmunds Center and Melching Field at Conrad Park.
