How to Calculate a Core GPA
- You must be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center (the sooner the better). Test scores and all high school transcripts must be submitted to the EC in a timely manner for certification.
- You must complete the Amateurism Questionnaire and be fully certified before being able to compete. (April 1 of your senior year is the first date to request final amateur certification).
- To be eligible for immediate competition and athletic aid, you must be final certified as an academic qualifier.
- If you start classes and practice with your team prior to final certification, you have 45 days from the first day of CARA activities to be certified.
