The Stetson men's and women's tennis programs are proud to announce a pair of summer camp sessions being offered this June. Campers from the age of 5 to 18 are encouraged to sign up for session one from June 10-14, or session two from June 17-21.
Camp Director and Stetson Assistant Coach Christophe Noblet will be joined by Hatter Director of Tennis Pierre Pilote in helping each camper improve in the fundamentals of tennis, develop sportsmanship skills, and have fun in a supportive environment.
Both sessions will offer two different formulas this summer:
- Cost: $145
- Open to ages 5 to 9 (co-ed)
- Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (half day)
- "Slower balls, smaller courts, more fun."
The idea here to use the very popular “10 and Under” USTA format, where the courts dimensions, racquet sizes, and tennis balls are all specially adapted to this younger population.
- Cost: $250
- Open to ages 9 to 18 (co-ed)
- Monday - Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
- "Train like a champion."
Under the Elite Hatters concept, the emphasis is placed on developing in each player the technical, tactical, physical, and mental requirements of the game of tennis.
