DeLand, Fla. - The National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) has released its 2010 College Team Academic Award winners and both the Stetson men's soccer team and women's soccer team earned the honor. Stetson was one of 125 schools around the nation to have both teams achieve this noteworthy academic status.

To be eligible for the NSCAA Team Academic Award the entire roster had to have posted a grade point average of 3.0 or higher for the 2009-10 academic year.

The Stetson women's team under head coach Julie Orlowski finished the year at 3.35, and the men's team under head coach T. Logan Fleck averaged 3.24.
