The Stetson men's soccer team will conclude its 2012 season on the road at Georgia State on Sunday.  The Hatters and the Panthers are scheduled to kick off at 1:00 p.m. in Atlanta in non-conference action.

SCOUTING THE PANTHERS
Georgia State welcomes Stetson to town with an overall record of 5-12-0 after winning its first contest since Oct. 10 on Thursday.  The Panthers finished Colonial Athletic Association season 2-8-0 and failed to make the league tournament.  Georgia State has been led on offense by Alex Vivanco’s eight goals and one assist for 17 points in 2012.

SERIES HISTORY
Georgia State holds a commanding 20-7-1 advantage over Stetson in the all-time series, which dates all the way back to 1968.  The two teams haven’t faced each other since 2004.

SUNDAY SEASON FINALE
Sunday’s regular season finale with Georgia State will be Stetson’s final game of the 2012 campaign.  The Hatters failed to qualify for the Atlantic Sun Conference Tournament after finishing A-Sun play with a 2-5-1 league record. With wins by Lipscomb and Jacksonville on Saturday, Stetson was eliminated from postseason play.
