Stetson University Director of Tennis Pierre Pilote announced that Christophe Noblet has been promoted to Associate Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach on Thursday morning.

“Christophe has done very well so far and is very worthy of this promotion,” Pilote said. “Both the men’s and women’s teams will benefit from his new role within the program.

“From the day to day office responsibilities to the on-court work with both squads, Christophe has proven that he is ready for the added responsibilities and recognition,” Pilote added.

Noblet joined the Hatters staff in August of 2012 and has worked tirelessly to help lead the Stetson tennis teams ever since. Alongside Pilote, Noblet assisted the men’s program to a 10-0 start to the 2012 campaign, its best since 1996.

The Stetson tennis teams will start their fall competition this month, beginning with the men’s team at the Southern Intercollegiate this weekend.
