Jacksonville, Fla. - On Sunday Stetson (3-7-0, 0-2-0) returned to Jacksonville for the second time on the weekend and unfortunately the result was the same with a 1-0 loss, this time to the JU Dolphins (5-3-2, 1-0-1).

After a scoreless first half the lone tally of the game came in the 61st minute off a corner kick lobbed into the box by Liz Fink. Becca Massip flicked the ball to Lisa Hensley who finished to the lower left past Stetson keeper Andrea Garavaglaia (Webster Groves, Mo.). The Dolphins outshot the Hatters 12-1 in the first half.

"JU is a quality opponent. We made some adjustments at halftime and had a lot of opportunities in the second half to score", said Stetson head coach Julie Orlowski.

Stetson led JU 10-3 in shots in the second half yet could not punch home a goal.

"The only luck we have right now seems to be bad luck", said Orlowski. "It is disheartening yet we have some positives to carry forward. We just need to regroup and sort some things out. It's an eight-game season now."

Next up for the Hatters is a trip to Buies Creek, N.C. to take on Campbell on Thursday at 7:00 p.m.

"We look forward to going to Campbell and having another great battle", said Orlowski.
