The Stetson women's basketball team will be showcased a minimum of five times on ESPN3 during the upcoming 2013-14 season, the Atlantic Sun Conference announced on Tuesday.
As part of the A-Sun’s E3 On-Campus Initiative, the Hatters’ road games at Florida Gulf Coast (Jan. 4), Kennesaw State (Jan. 18), Lipscomb (Feb. 1), and USC Upstate (Feb. 6) will be broadcast around the globe via ESPN3.com and the WatchESPN app for mobile devices.
In non-conference action, ESPN3 will carry the Hatters' Nov. 29 contest at Florida State, scheduled for a 7 p.m. tip-off.
In addition, the two Atlantic Sun Championship semifinal games (March 15) will be broadcast by ESPN3, while the championship game (March 16) will be televised live by CSS.
Selected games in 2013-14 will be broadcast on the radio at WSBB 1230 AM New Smyrna Beach, 1490 AM DeLand, myam1230.com, and on the new WSBB app for iOS and Android devices. Live video streaming of all Hatter home games will also be available on HatterVision, and road A-Sun games will be available on ASun.TV.
Stetson opens the season at Oklahoma on Nov. 8. The home opener is slated for Nov. 18 vs. Indiana State.
