JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Following the conclusion of this weekend's inaugural Atlantic Sun Conference Women's Lacrosse Championship, Stetson freshmen Paige Levesque and Maylis Broderick were joined by 10 other student-athletes on the All-Tournament Team.
Winning the first ever conference championship, Jacksonville earned five members on the team. Detroit, the runner-up, had three players make the all-tournament squad, while Kennesaw State joined Stetson with two honorees.
Levesque led the Hatters with three goals in their semifinals contest against Detroit. Broderick, meanwhile, scored one goal, assisted on another, picked up three ground balls, and caused two turnovers.
Stetson finished its first season in third place out of five teams in the Atlantic Sun Conference, earning a berth into the tournament with a record of 2-2, before falling to Detroit in the semifinals.
