2012 (sand): 5-3 record on the season, best winning percentage on the Hatters (.625)...four wins with Taylor Kennedy and one with Taylor Story.

2009 (indoor): Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team...started the first three matches of the season but did not appear in any other matches...recorded five blocks, three kills and two digs at the Georgia Southern Invitational on opening weekend...two kills against the host Eagles on August 29.

2008 (indoor): Was not a member of the volleyball program...walking onto the team for the first time in 2009. 

Prior to Stetson: Rutherford attended Savannah Arts Academy in Savannah, Ga. where she helped lead the team to a Region 3-5A championship in 2008...was named 2007 Region 3-5A Player of the Year...a Vince Dooley Scholar-Athlete Award winner, Rutherford also played four years of varsity tennis...recorded 168 kills and 80 service aces in her senior season at SAA.
