TITUSVILLE, Fla. – The Stetson men’s cross country team took home first place at the Flrunners.com Invitational and the women finished in fifth place. Both the men and the women ran a 5K.

Andrew Epifanio was the top runner for the men, crossing the finish line in sixth place with a time of 17:00.8. Following Epifanio was Jeremy Butler, who finished in eighth with a time of 17:27.6. Brian Dughi (17:44.2) and Andrew Townes (17:47.4) finished in 12^th and 13^th, respectively.

Finishing 15^th-17^th were Cody Malloy (18:04.), Ryan Hodgins (18:04.3), and Kyle Burton (18:09.6). The final five Hatters to finish were Angelo Parkinson (19:15.4), James Welch III (20:04.9), Deryck Greene (20:05.4), Austyn Finnk (20:31.0), and Matthew Ady (23:18.0)

In the women’s race, Trixi Menge was the top runner for the Hatters, finishing in 16^th with a time of 20:16.0. Adrienne Devita (20:50.4), Sabrina Guzsvany (20:57.2) Jessica Cosgrove (20:59.00), and Alyssa Thompson (21:13.1) finished 23rd-26^th in the race.

Emmie Wenzell finished in 31^st with a time of 22:45.8 and was followed immediately by Shannon Harrell with a time of 22:51.0.

The final three Hatters to finish were Connie Compton (23:55.5), Haleigh Fecteau (25:37.4), and Olena Vlasyuk (26:25.10).

The Hatters will race next Saturday morning in the Walt Disney World Cross Country Classic.
