Mercer, NJ - Stetson men's rowing 4+ will be racing in the petite final on Saturday at the 120th Intercollegiate Rowing Association Championship (IRA) due to their performance on Friday afternoon.
In the qualifying heat the Stetson 4+ team ofÂ
Bennett Rossell,
William Hubbard,
Matthew Franks,
Lukasz Bajorek and
Sacha Roiena finished with a time of 6:30.319, The time was good for 12th position and advanced the Hatters to the Semi-Finals.
The Semi-FInals were originally scheduled for Friday, but due to weather conditions all rowing events were suspended and ultimately canceled. Due to the cancelation and the Hatters finishing in 12th position they will be racing in the petite final of the 4+. The petite final is scheduled for 9:54 a.m. Saturday morning.
