Stetson University Athletics

Doc Johnson coached Stetson baseball for 19 seasons, amassing 144 victories. He was also an assistant professor of geography here at Stetson. A 1931 Stetson graduate, Doc had an endowment fund left in his name to support baseball scholarships and other projects from the coach. Johnson was inducted into the Stetson Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the 1975 inaugural class.
