Hall of Fame
Wilkes played Basketball at Mercer University before coming to Stetson where he coached for 37 years. During his coaching career, he tallied 552 wins and helped transition the school into Division I athletics. Among coaching at Stetson, Wilkes also filled the roles of Athletic Director, a Professor of Sports and Exercise Medicine, and Sports Information Director. Wilkes also founded the Glenn Wilkes Basketball School and led many camps to coach youth players.
