Perhaps the finest all-round women’s soccer player in Stetson history, Emma Astrom was inducted into the Stetson Athletics Hall of Fame in 2003. The Stockholm, Sweden, native was named all-conference in each of her four seasons (2000-03) in the green and white. A two-time first-team All-ASUN selection, Astrom was the ASUN Defensive Player of the Year as a senior in 2003, and also earned NSCAA All-Region honors as well. She finished her career in 2003 as Stetson’s all-time leader with 18 assists. She also added 16 goals to reach 50 career points.
