Hall of Fame
A multi-talented student-athlete, Jesse Grove earned eight letters in his time at Stetson, excelling in both basketball and baseball. During his four seasons with the basketball team, Grove served as point guard and helped lead the Hatters to the Division II national tournament in 1970 and a third-place finish at the regional tournament in 1971. On the baseball diamond, Grove starred at second base for four seasons, helping the Hatters to a 34-12 record in 1970 and a berth in the NCAA Regionals. Grove was inducted into the Stetson Athletics Hall of Fame in 1986.
